In France in July for ELLE’s annual global conference.
This issue, I travelled to Versailles for ELLE’s annual international conference. Fifty editors from as many countries converged on the iconic Waldorf Astoria hotel to share ideas, updates and many glasses of champagne. France, the UK, the US, China, Ukraine — every edition was in attendance. This year is particularly special as ELLE is celebrating its global 80th anniversary, a milestone that was heralded during an unforgettable evening in Paris. As a new editor, being in this room was a huge honour. It was inspiring and really hammered home just how powerful the ELLE masthead truly is.
