I’m pretty wet behind the ears to this magazine lark, and every time I do a piece for Fast Bikes I always feel equally as nervous as I am excited, due mainly to the fact that Rootsy would probably chop my balls off before dispatching me into the local Kennet and Avon canal with a pair of concrete Sidis on if anything went wrong. Riding an unfamiliar bike hard enough to get decent pictures on is all new for me, and that’s the root of my apprehension. Yet, to get out on Murray Hambro’s Ducati 899 all I felt was pure confidence; it's just the same as my race machine at the end of the day. Or, is it?
