DB Cargo’s No. 66025 and its train of aggregate wagons is dwarfed by the DFDS Ro-Ro ferry Seven Sisters (launched 2006) at Newhaven Marine on February 22 as it prepares to depart for Langley (Berkshire). This ferry shares the route between Newhaven and Dieppe with sister ship Côte d'Albâtre (launched 2005).

WEST HIGHLAND ‘GROWLER’:
A flashback to the 1980s when Class 37s were masters of the West Highland Line, although the stock back then was Mk.1s rather than Mk.2s, and certainly not air-con Mk.2s as here! On March 9, No. 37403 Isle of Mull passes County March summit, north of Upper Tyndrum, with the third of five linked tours organised by the Branch Line Society which set off from Derby on March 7, to visit lines around Edinburgh, Glasgow, Oban, Fort William and Mallaig.
