Jacqueline Higgins, 52, from Littleborough, has made fast progress with her running since starting out eight months ago. She went from “doing the odd parkrun” to running two halfmarathons,
the Manchester Half Marathon and the Bradford City Runs Half Marathon, in 14 days – the latter being only her second halfmarathon, where she managed to knock two minutes and 10 seconds off her time.
