If you’ve got nothing in your spring race calendar and need some motivation to get yourself out the door, how about taking on a 10K in the next couple of months?
The 10K distance provides a great goal for all runners. If you’re a regular runner, you won’t need to train for long to get yourself ready for the distance and for newbies, it’s a great way to further your Couch to 5K success.
