Purists may like to look away now, but this book is the best answer to the question we have come across so far. Author Angélique Roussel has a food blog (in French, but that’s what Google Translate is for, right?), which is crammed with vegetarian and vegan recipes. She passionately believes this way of eating is not restrictive, but an opportunity to improve health and well being through good nutrition.
