LEAGUE ONE ROUND-UP
WORKINGTON TOWN have added a third new international recruit to their squad ahead of their recent win over Cornwall.
Following on from the arrival in Cumbria of Pone Tongia and Zarrin Galea, Town have also added Fijian forward Lasarusa Tabu to their ranks.
Tabu is no stranger to West Cumbria, having played 19 games for Whitehaven last year.
All three were eligible to be named in the squad to face Midlands Hurricanes on Sunday and Town coach Anthony Murray is excited about what their arrivals bring to his squad.
"I am really pleased to see the three lads arrive here," said Murray.
"It certainly gives us that competition for places which is healthy for the team and improves intensity at both training and on game day as players want to perform to keep their places in team.
