Could you tell us a little about the inspiration behind Fabric Godmother’s first couple of original patterns?
When a trend really takes off and becomes a classic design, we start to see dressmaker's hack patterns or draft their own versions. It was not being able to find these really popular designs that led us to want to make out own patterns.
When developing a new sewing pattern, where do you start? What’s the first step in your creative process?
