How to merge my two Apple Accounts into one?
> If you’ve used Macs for many years, you may have two accounts, one for purchases, the other for iCloud. Apple won’t merge those for you, leaving you juggling with both. The only solution we know is to set up Family Sharing, and add both accounts so they can at least share purchases.
How to search inside hidden files?
> Spotlight doesn’t index the contents of hidden files, including those in hidden folders or whose name starts with a ‘.’. There’s no way to add them to indexing either. To search inside those you’ll need a third-party app that doesn’t rely on Spotlight, such as Find Any File
(findanyfile.app).
FileVault encryption protects only the Data volume. Other APFS encrypted volumes are managed using Disk Utility.
