It’s easier than ever to share your favourite photos with friends and family
iCloud Shared Photo Library
We’ve long been able to create shared albums in the Photos app, as a way to share photos with others. However, in order to give others access to photos, you had to manually put them in the Shared Library. Now, in iOS 16, you can choose to create an entire shared library. It’s up to you how many photos from your own library you add, but once you’ve added them, everyone who has access will be able to see them, as well as edit, caption, favourite and even delete the photos. They will also be able to add their own.
