THERE ARE LOTS of different ways to move between open applications in macOS, depending on how you like to work. You can move the pointer down to the Dock and select the application you want from there. But let’s face it, even if you’re a demon with a mouse or trackpad, it’s kinda slow. If you tend to work with applications in full–screen mode, you could tap the Mission Control key on your keyboard, or invoke it with a three– fingered swipe over the trackpad and choose the application from there. You could even fire up Spotlight, start typing the application’s name and select it when it appears in the results.
