THE PENCIL “PROBLEM”

ImagineFX. Rachel has been at Future for six years and, naturally, jumped at the opportunity to work on a prestigious title like Mac|Life! The chance to check out all the latest and greatest Apple gear might have also been a contributing factor.
As you’ve probably already seen from this month’s cover, Apple recently launched two new iPads: the iPad Pro 12.9–inch which is now rocking an M2 chip — nice, but not a huge deal overall; and the eminently more interesting “entry–level” iPad, which now sports a 10.9–inch screen, new colors and a bit more horsepower under the hood. Owners of the iPad Air (5th gen) would be forgiven for struggling to discern a difference between the two tablets; aside from the chip and price tag, they’re basically identical. Oh, did we forget to mention the elephant in the room that is the Apple Pencil problem?
