Notion vs Todoist
Which is best for staying on top of your projects?
WINNER
You can use Notion to record tasks and projects, but it’s just the tip of the iceberg.
WITH MODERN LIFE refusing to slow down, it’s now almost impossible to manage your life on paper, never mind in your own head. Juggling personal and professional projects, all with competing deadlines demanding you give them priority, requires third-party help, and there are a raft of cloud-based services offering to help ever yone from individuals to corporations manage themselves better.
We’ve focused on two services that offer usable free tiers for individuals, and our remit was to see how they fared managing a single person’s work and home lives. In one corner is Todoist, a tool with a narrow focus on helping you manage projects through simple to-do lists and deadlinebased tasks, while in the other, Notion offers a wider range of productivity tools with project management just one part of a three-pronged approach that also includes space for research (wikis) and notes (documents).
