WHAT’S IN THE BOX?
CPU COOLER
NZXT Kraken X73 RGB AIO
Price: $225
To handle our zippy CPU, we need an effective CPU AIO cooler to keep things under control. NZXT’s Kraken lineup has plenty of powerful options to choose from, so we’re picking the largest X73 RGB to fill the space in our machine. This features a 360mm radiator and three of NZXT’s 120mm Aer RGB fans. This can be controlled via the NZXT CAM software, we will touch on this later.
The CPU header features a fun infinity mirror display with 12 rotational angles of adjustment, so you can make sure the logo is aligned with the rest of the build. This mirrored design ofeers a clean yet artistic look to the build, especially when the RGB elements of the CPU header and the fans are set to white.
This powerful AIO cooler should be able to keep our build nice and cool, even after we turn up the heat with overclocking—and especially with the three additional exhaust case fans that will sit on the top of the Corsair 7000D helping to channel air around this system.
MOTHERBOARD
NZXT N7 Z690 ATX
Price: $300
Motherboards can sometimes look a bit messy and spoil the cleanliness of your build. Although this isn’t the first motherboard to be finished in metal covers, this NZXT N7 is one handsome-looking mobo.
