Inside track with Ben Ando

The spring exhibition season is now in full swing. Revolution attended Model Rail Scotland at the SEC in February, the London Festival of Railway Modelling in March and, as you read this, we’ll be preparing for Model World Live at the NEC at the end of April. Attending shows is not only a financial cost to the business but can also be very tiring for a small team. But we think the opportunity to meet customers, display our latest samples, and answer customer questions directly and more informally makes it worthwhile. And, as we’re enthusiasts too, we’ll each take an hour or two to wander round: to see what’s available, what other manufacturers are working on and to take inspiration from layouts and demonstrations.
