As autumn kicks in the fishing kicks on, with a change in emphasis for some away from carp. Our cover star Kevin Tipton shows how he bags up on skimmers and bream at a big water but without having to cast vast distances to do so.

James Robbins gets amongst the cagey chub on a tricky Warwickshire Avon, using the stick float to put together a nice net of fish in a productive practice session, while Alex Clements catches roach on the River Thames in Windsor.
