POLICE are appealing for information after metal was stolen from businesses in Fort William. The theft of copper cables and a number of alloy wheels is believed to have occurred in the early hours of Tuesday February 20.
Constable Nathan Wilson said: ‘I am appealing for anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity – individual or a vehicle in the area – to come forward. I would also ask that anybody who is off ered metal for sale to get in touch with us as soon as possible.’
