Most of us could not even begin to imagine what it would be like to undertake a mammoth endeavour such as that done by Colin Skeath and his nephew Davis Gould-Duff.
The two men this week arrived back in Strontian after completing their gargantuan canoe trip round the entire coastline of the United Kingdom.
Mr Skeath, a former police officer who lives in Strontian, and Mr Gould-Duff, from Limerick, decided to undertake the unprecedented journey is their open canoe to raise funds for the very deserving charity, Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice in Huddersfield.
