PUPILS and staff at Rothesay Joint Campus on Bute are joining the campaign to make Scotland a healthier nation, Inch by Inch.

They will take part in a series of activities including the hula-hoop challenge and making their own smoothies by tackling the smoothie bike.

Inch by Inch for Scotland is the campaign aimed at reducing obesity by creating positive food, health and fitness challenges aimed at teenagers and their families, encouraging them to take part in exercise or in preparing a healthier diet.
