THE MONOCHROME Picture Style differs from the rest of the line-up as it lacks colour controls (for obvious reasons), and enables filter and toning effects to be applied. Filter effects are definitely worth exploring. They simulate the look of traditional filters used in black-and-white film photography and modify how specific colours in a scene are converted to greyscale.
