A Ford’s S-Max makes a stable and comfortable tow car for a family of five
SOME MISGUIDED PEOPLE have been known to describe a caravan as a box on wheels. Similarly, others also describe an MPV as a box on wheels.
They’re completely wrong on both counts, however, because both caravans and MPVs are intelligently designed spaces that are flexible and roomy, which makes being inside them as comfortable as possible.
The Ford S-Max has a trump card, too – it’s a hoot to drive when you’re not hitched up and are simply going from here to there.
What’s it like inside?
Well, ‘inside’ is what MPVs are all about, and the S-Max certainly doesn’t disappoint as far as tow car buyers should be concerned.
There’s loads of space up front, even for taller adults, and the same applies to the middle three seats, which all have Isofix points should you require them.
