Who are you?
Rachel Ellis-Lomas, keen caravanner, blogger and lover of the great outdoors. I have long experience of touring in the UK and Europe, along with my husband and our four-pawed fluffball, Cherry.
Why are you a local authority on this place?
Just under half an hour from our house, this coastal resort has been our mainstay for the past 20 years.
What do you love about it?
It’s our default option for fresh sea air and blowing those cobwebs away! As for Cherry, she just loves gallivanting along the beach or in Southport’s parks. She’s even joined us for a few parkruns in Hesketh Park, one of the largest in the town.
