Having made his recording debut alongside his brother Brian on 1983’s Apollo – Atmospheres & Soundtracks, Roger Eno has enjoyed a busy career in music that includes being part of ambient sopergroup’ Channel Light Vessel alongside Bill Nelson, Kate St John and Laraaji in the 1990s, writing for stage plays and film, and over the years quietly amassing a body of more than 30 solo albums and collaborations that include Daniel Lanois, The Orb, Gaudi, David Gilmour, No-Man, Fovea Hex and many others. Then in 2020 he renewed his musical partnership with Brian on Mixing Colours for the prestigious classical label, Deutsche Grammophon, who have also released Roger’s latest album, The Turning Year.
