In the shooting world, we talk about how to attract the next generation to the sport – and that’s what this handbook is about. I take a wide view of ‘newcomers’. I hope both amateur and experienced rifle shooting aficionados will find lots to interest them. You can share the successes and failures of others in the pursuit of British rifle sport, and that’s the next best thing to hiring a guide or accompanying a professional stalker about his work.
