IF YOU’RE A fan of Apple Pencil, you’re probably familiar with having to switch back and forth with the on– screen keyboard. In iPadOS 14 a new feature called Scribble stops that by delivering handwriting input and recognition across all kinds of apps.
The best feature of Scribble on iPad is the one you can’t see: it’s really, really fast. Taking these screenshots of the handwriting to text conversion in apps was hard because it happened so quickly, and converting even large blocks of text to typed text was instantaneous.
