We’ve had the holiday season, we’re supposed to be nicely relaxed…and yet here we are again, full on once more, at the start of a new year. Entering the month of January like this doesn’t bode well for the rest of the year (none of us wished for more stress in our resolutions!) so let’s nip things in the bud.
Self-care is important at all times, not just the holidays. A key thing is recognising the signs that your stress levels are up. A yoga practice will certainly help you do this more effectively. But there are plenty of other things you can do – right now – to make sure this year is kinder on your body and mind then previous ones.
