RAWSOME PIZZA

For the crust:
• ½ onion
• 303g (2 cups) sweet corn kernels
• 1 courgette
• 40g (¼ cup) white sesame seeds
• 40g (¼ cup) ground flax seeds
• 2 peeled garlic cloves
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ¼ tsp chilli powder
• ¼ tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tbsp miso paste
For the sauce:
• 83g (½ cup) dehydrated tomato slices
• 38g (½ cup) chopped courgette
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• Handful fresh basil leaves
• 1 date
• 1 garlic clove
For the toppings:
• 10g (¼ cup) basil leaves
• 225g (1 cup) spinach leaves
• 1 diced avocado
• 1 diced tomato
• 3 tbsp tahini
• ¼ onion, diced
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
• Whatever else you like
To make the crust:
1 Put everything in your food processor and process until it becomes a paste. Add more spices if you like, but keep in mind the flavour will become intensified after “baking.” Add a little olive oil and Himalayan salt if you like.
