Is mindfulness just for girls? Teen Breathe Boys doesn’t think
so. And apparently neither do you. Ever since our sister title
Teen Breathe launched last year, people have been asking for
a ‘boy’s version’. Well, here it is.

handling anger, we hope this issue shows how living in the
moment can help to boost confidence, tune into emotions
and bring out your best – whoever you are.
Life can sometimes be tough. Your parents demanding you

dramas, hormones going loop-the-loop. That’s why Teen
Breathe Boys is here to help. It can give you a break from the
routine, a chance to do something creative, show you you’re
not alone and help you to unwind and relax.
