“I really enjoyed taking part in the designer challenge.
Christmas is one of my favourite times of year so it was a pleasure to look ahead to the festive season and design a decoration.
Mine was inspired by the bright and cheerful yarn, as I thought a bold geometric tree design would make a great contemporary Christmas decoration. The bobble stitch edging frames it nicely and gives it a fun, textured nishing touch.” Find Caroline on Instagram at @poppyseedandpom

“I found the challenge interesting because the yarn is not in the traditional Christmas shades and I had to make the decoration recognisably Christmassy. Baubles are classic Christmas decor so I chose to make one, using bobble stitch and spike stitch to make the colours stand out against each other and for texture.
