“Taking part in this month’s Hook to Hook challenge was such an amazing experience.
When I found out that the theme was Halloween bunting, I instantly thought of making little pumpkins. To me, pumpkins symbolise Halloween, and I love seeing differently carved versions on doorsteps during this season. I designed my bunting in 3D so it would look great from any angle, no matter where it’s hanging.” Find more of Kat’s creations on Instagram at @lunacrochetdesigns and at www.lunacrochetdesigns.com

“Halloween has always been my family’s favourite holiday. My son enjoyed everything spooky (and still does, even now that he’s grown up). He also loved spiders and wanted to make friends with every spider he met. It was fantastic to work on this Hook to Hook challenge to create Halloween bunting and recreate the fun and playfulness of the days my son and I spent hunting spiders and giving them names.”To see more of Ciara’s designs, visit her on Instagram at @TheFairythorn
