INGREDIENTS

. 80g (3oz) porridge oats

. 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

. 20g (¾oz) ground almonds

. 70g (2½oz) plain unsweetened dairy-free yoghurt

. 170ml (6floz) unsweetened almond milk

. ½ tsp almond extract (optional)

. 100g (3½oz) frozen pitted cherries (or tinned)

. 2 tbsp maple syrup, plus extra to serve
