Acer Swift Edge
What’s the story?
With a substantial 16in display but weighing a mere 1.17kg, the Acer Swift Edge proves laptop screen size doesn’t have to dictate luggability. Folded shut it’s a barely-there 14mm thick, yet its magnesium-aluminium alloy chassis lets you silence the bit of your brain that links ‘light’ with ‘flimsy’.
Some might call the styling work-ish, but we reckon there’s a stealth bomber vibe going on: it’s black and angular, with a scary amount of firepower inside, courtesy of a creator-friendly 4K OLED panel and a Ryzen 6800U CPU.
