Hello! Can you introduce yourself to our readers?
Hello, my name is Tim Clay and I’ve been an avid board gamer since 2016 (31st July to be exact). Since my first visit to a board game café (Nottingham’s Ludorati) I’ve been hooked. I did play board games as a child (such as the game mentioned in this article) but I wasn’t aware, until around seven years ago, of the fantastic board games renaissance and the wealth of brilliant board games currently available.
What game have you found in your attic?
It’s a game called Postcards. Well, I’ve always known it as Postcards but after a little research, it seems that Postcards was its earliest title and that it was renamed ‘Seaside Frolics’ before it was released in 1986. The game has been on my mum and dad’s board game shelf all my life, but they’ve very kindly gifted it to me due to my interest in board games.
