The demolition of an old garden centre is now underway at Broughton Park, the site of a new mixed-use development by Kent-based house builder Quinn Estates. Situated close to Ulcombe in Kent, the scheme will include 14 fully-serviced self build plots for people who want to create their own homes. The project is a good example of how more developers are including a provision for self build properties into their plans. Quinn Estates has worked closely with the local community to plan a scheme that responds sensitively to the pleasant rural setting.
