Bellochantuy belles have a ball

WOMEN from across Argyll gathered in Glenbarr Hall to commemorate in style as the Bellochantuy Scottish Women’s Institute (SWI) marked its 70th anniversary.

The event, on Monday, saw women from the group assemble along with representatives from other SWI groups in the area for a celebratory dinner.

The evening started with a buffet accompanied by music from accordion players Bobby Anderson and Rodger Gillespie, who played a selection of favourite songs.
