And pals say that yo-yo dieter Lauren Goodger has undergone “body contouring” surgery, which involves removing fat to alter the body shape, top to toe. she’d been sober all Christmas as she was “recovering” – say she’s patiently waiting for the swelling to subside, but is already feeling better about herself.
