Gunmart  |  Jan-24
So, here we are with the January 2024 issue of Gun Mart, and to kick things off, Chris Parkin has written a piece all about his visit to the Hornady factory in the USA. So, if you are interested in ammunition and how it is made, then this article will be right up your street. Get this, they can manufacture up to 7 million bullets in 24 hours!
This month, airgun-wise, Mark Camoccio has reviewed the BSA Meteor Super and the latest and greatest from Daystate; the Red Wolf Grand Prix. You’d better start saving though, as it comes in at a cool £3500! He has also taken the time to review a PCP air pistol from Beeman that’s called the Model 2028, which demonstrated some handy accuracy at 10 yards. Check it out and see what you think. Finally, Pete Wadeson has taken a look at a firm favourite; the Weihrauch HW97KT Synthetic.
Moving to firearms, Chris Parkin has given his take on the Beretta BRX1, which, incidentally, is quite an interesting rifle. Pete Moore has also been busy and has written up the Bergara B14 Wilderness Thumbhole Carbon and the very tasty Swarovski Z8i 2-16x50 P, with the former coming in at a very reasonable £1445!
Finally, Bruce Potts has reviewed a particularly beautiful side-by-side shotgun from Rizzini; the BR552 Special Deluxe in 20-gauge. It’s well worth checking out!
