And breathe... This is the common response once Christmas is all back in the box for another year. The family have gone home, the tree is safely by the recycling point and it’s time to replace those pesky pine needles with the knitting variety, as life slowly returns to normal – whatever that may be? For me it’s time to fl op on the sofa in front of the fi re and relax in peace, without the worry of burning the mince pies (a seasonal tradition in the Kennedy kitchen). The theme this month was inspired by all of the above – knits to chill in. Snuggled up in the gorgeous Moss stitch jumper (page 23) under the Snowflake blanket (page 22), I’m not sure I would ever leave the sofa again.
