Members of the Fort William and District branch of the Royal British Legion Scotland at the recent Burns supper. In the front row sitting are branch president Lieutenant Colonel Kevin Lane, Sir Alister Irwin and branch chairman Hugh Macinnes.
Fort William and District branch of the Royal British Legion Scotland held its annual Burns supper on Saturday February 2 at the Ben Nevis Hotel and Leisure Club.
Now in its 65th year, this was a particularly special occasion for the branch and members were joined by the national president of Legion Scotland Lieutenant General Sir Alistair Irwin and Lady Irwin. The branch thanks everyone who attended and performed on the night and hotel staff. Thanks also go to David Brady, Gaynor Weldon and Tony Weldon for organising the evening.
