Kick-start January Juices
Berry Bonanza

• 2 large handfuls raspberries
• 1 handful blackcurrants
• 1 handful blueberries
• 3-4 ice cubes, to serve
1 Pick over the fruits and remove any stalks and leaves.
2 Reserve a little sprig of blackcurrants or one or two of the berries to use as garnish — whichever is your favourite.
3 Add all the remaining fruits to the juicer and juice.
4 Pour the juice into a glass with a couple of ice cubes and garnish with the reserved currants or berries. Drink while lovely and chilled.
