THERE CAN’T BE many bands that end up releasing their debut album before they’ve even played a gig, but that’s exactly what psychedelic Finnish five-piece Polymoon ended up having to do in 2020.
If they’d had their way, they would have taken their intoxicatingly organic, synth-swathed brand of mind-altering, impressionistic space rock out to the heads of their homeland on a spring tour but, of course, a pandemic firmly put paid to that idea. Instead they introduced themselves to the world via the studio with September’s LP, Caterpillars Of Creation, before heading out to play a small number of local shows.
