MAKE THE MOST OF SUMMER FISH
With summer species established inshore, you can really increase your
lure-caught species count, particularly when the warmer water makes the fish more active and keener to take a lure. Calm seas also mean it is time to take advantage of the weather and get your LRF gear out on its natural home rock marks. When fishing rock marks, I tend to use the upper end of the LRF spectrum, which means braided lines around the PE 0.6 mark and with leaders from 6-8lb.
