Get creative with tahini

Little sesame seeds can pack a big punch when made into tahini and used in Dunja Gulin’s recipes

Sesame-full quiche

As well as tahini this quiche is packed with sesame seeds too. You can make the pastry in advance and the quiche can be kept in the fridge for a few days – perfect for packed lunches and picnics.
