Yep, managed eight miles this Sunday, even though I felt a bit all over the place. The weather was perfect and actually I could have done with sunglasses.

Sugar for cinnamon
Consider whether you can sweeten something with cinnamon before reaching for a spoon or two of added sugar. Cinnamon does more than just add flavour and it has barely any calories (6 per tsp, compared to 16 in sugar). It’s a health-boosting super spice too: antioxidant, ant-inflammatory and antimicrobial – and it’s also kinder on your teeth than sugar. Tastes great stirred into hot drinks or sprinkled on cereals, pancakes, popcorn, fruit or healthy puddings for a hint of sweetness.
