Indian cuisine has long been inclusive for vegans — from tasty vegetable samosas to abundant rice dishes. Dishoom, an expansive and gorgeous Bombay-style restaurant in the heart of Shoreditch (there are also other London branches, as well as establishments in Edinburgh, Manchester and a Birmingham branch opening in April) has recently expanded its vegan menu, and it’s perfect if you fancy a twist on your regular curry night. On any given evening there are queues around the block, with punters wanting to experience the authentic and creative cuisine.
