This is a medium-support bra, but for me it isn’t suited to highintensity running (particularly not with any hills involved). That said, some runners may well find it okay for easy runs if they don’t need a lot of compression. While the straps are adjustable to help improve the fit, there is no clasp or opening on the chest band, so you need to take it off over your head. The design is attractive, and the padding gives a nice shape. I’d definitely wear this to the gym but not out on hard runs, and the sizing isn’t brilliant if you want a tailored fit.
