WINTER CIRCUIT TRAINING
Working from home this winter, piling on more and more wool items in an attempt to get warm? Why not do a quick circuit to get the blood flowing instead? It’ll keep you strong and fit too!

In the chilly, dark winter months, you might find it challenging to keep up with your training runs. This two circuit workout offers an excellent indoor option to help you sustain your fitness levels, burn calories and improve your muscle strength. It’s a great workout to get you ready for your spring marathon.
Warm-up
Run on the spot for two minutes. Swing your legs forward and backwards 10 times. Rotate your arms forwards and backwards 10 times.
Sets & reps
Perform exercises 1-4 for a minute each before taking a one-minute rest. Do exercises 5-8 for a minute each before taking another minute’s rest. Repeat the two circuits.
