What do you normally eat before a run?
I like to have a small snack, usually about an hour before I go out for my run. Typically, I have either some fruit or a protein shake. We recently launched Juice Plus+ Perform which is a plant-based fruitfusion flavoured food supplement shake, which includes protein and vitamins to help support muscle growth and mental performance. I’ve been enjoying that a lot lately and I have noticed a real difference, and I am not as sore as I usually am which is a huge bonus.
