The response to last year’s inaugural Picture Book Prize was outstanding with over 600 brilliant entries, ranging from humorous to magical to heartwarming. Thank you to all of you who took part.
Being passionate about inspiring new writers, Writing Magazine is delighted to announce the Writing Magazine Picture Book Prize is running again this autumn. The award aims to highlight and encourage new talent and help open doors into the world of publishers and agents.
What’s the prize?
First place: The winner will be offered a lunch consultation with top children’s fiction agent Julia Churchill, a year’s subscription to Writing Magazine and £200.
