Since Hugh Jackman has returned in his iconic role as Wolverine, I've been excited to create this character. For this project, I planned to render in Marmoset Toolbag and ensure that it's compatible with Unreal Engine 5's MetaHuman and hair grooming systems. I use a variety of software for creating my artwork, but my main tools for this project were Blender, Substance 3D, ZBrush and Marmoset. I also made use of TexturingXYZ for the primary skin detail. The hair was a big challenge for me, because I wanted it to be compatible with Unreal's hair system, but also complete the rendering in Marmoset Toolbag. In this case, Blender was a highly flexible tool and met my needs in many aspects. I enjoyed the overall process, especially when I saw the final result in Marmoset. All my efforts truly came together.
